Meet Richard and Lynn Chu

Hi! We’re Richard and Lynn Chu. So glad to meet you. We live in Woodstock, Georgia, with our two teenagers, a cat, a dog, and several reptiles. We have more than twenty years of experience volunteering in church leadership. We initially met while serving as youth small group leaders and later led the youth ministry for a few years. Currently, we’re involved in small groups for married couples at Woodstock City Church.

In our professional lives, we keep quite busy—Richard has been working in supply chain and process improvement since the early 2000s, and Lynn is a graphic designer in the Atlanta area. Richard often works over 50 hours a week in a high-stress environment, making work-life balance a challenge. In 2019, we committed to living a healthier lifestyle. Richard completed the Optavia program and lost 70 pounds, which he has maintained. We have also undergone a significant journey to learn how to support each other, manage stress, and navigate the challenges that couples face.

These experiences have profoundly changed our perspective. We thought, wouldn’t it be incredible to have a couple walk alongside us during this journey? Gaining insights from both sides could be invaluable. This inspired us to reach out and offer support to other couples today. If you’re navigating a similar season, we would love to journey alongside you.
